Planet Just Scala

After a little bit of hacking around with Yahoo Pipes I’ve created a filtered version of the Planet Scala feed. I couldn’t figure out a way to make Yahoo Pipes give me a pretty URL (which is stupid, as it gives a pretty web URL just fine), so here’s a decent-urled version of it. http://pipes.yahoo.decenturl.com/planet-just-scala

I’ll probably replace this with a quick custom script at some point when I can be bothered, but this works for now. :-)

Hi David,

Have you seen the scala room at friendfeed?

http://friendfeed.com/rooms/scala-programming

You might find it useful

I’m aware of it, but I don’t find it useful. The style of feed it generates is essentially worthless for a feed aggregator. I’ll stick with Planet Scala. :-)

(Which, incidentally, predates the friend feed. So perhaps a better question is “Have you seen Planet Scala? You might find it useful”).

If you add Planet Scala, FriendFeed and the Reddit scala feed[1], you’ve got all the scala loving you need.

Of course, the amount of duplication increases. :)

David, I appreciate the Planet Scala tweaks, thanks.
